Who is responsible

What I collect, and why
If you take the Commercial Data Friction Check. Your answers to the survey questions, including any optional examples you type, which I use to choose your recommendation and to understand how commercial teams work with data. Please don’t put confidential company information, personal data or patient-level data in free-text answers. If you stop there, the answers are saved without your name or email.
If you add your email on the last step. Your email, and your first name if you give it, saved with your answers. I use them to send you your result if you ask for it, to send relevant follow-up messages only if you tick the separate follow-up box, and to arrange a call if you ask for one. You can unsubscribe from follow-up messages at any time by replying to one or emailing me.
If you book a call. Your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the time you choose, and anything you write in the message box, so I can arrange and hold the call. The booking is stored with Wix and added to my calendar.
If you use the contact form or email me. Your name, email address, company if you give it, and what you write, so I can reply. Form details are stored with Wix and added to a contacts list there, so I can keep track of the conversation.
What I don’t do
- I don’t sell your information or share it with other companies for their own use.
- I don’t add analytics or advertising trackers of my own to this site.
- I don’t use your answers to make automated decisions about you.
Who else handles it
This site is hosted by Wix.com, which also stores the survey answers and contact details on my behalf. Wix loads its own script on every page and may use technical cookies or server logs to deliver the pages and run its hosting service, and may process data outside the European Economic Area under its own terms. I don’t control what Wix collects for that purpose. The fonts on this site are served from the site itself, not from a third party.
How long I keep it
Survey answers and contact details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask me to delete them, whichever comes first. Anonymous answers may be kept longer, because they can’t be traced to you.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent to follow-up emails at any time, by emailing me. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect anything done before. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to your local data protection authority, or to the Italian authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Changes
If I change this notice, the date at the top will change.
